OFFICE VISITS:

Base Rate $185

Prepaid Packages:

3 sessions: $525 ($175/session)
6 sessions: $990 ($165/session)

IN-HOME CALLS:

Base Rate $275

Serving most of Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Contra Costa, Alameda, San Mateo and San Francisco Counties (locations within approx. 1 hour drive of San Rafael)

Prepaid Packages:

3 sessions: $795 ($265/session)
6 sessions: $1,500 ($250/session)
Additional sessions at the same in-home visit will remain at the office visit rate of $185 (the first hour being charged at the in-home rate)

PARKING PROVISION:

client provides easy parking adjacent to building entrance

TABLE PROVISIONS:

house-call rates assume the client provides a suitable treatment surface

providing and setting up my professional table - a $45 equipment transport/setup fee applies

stairs, difficult parking, long carry, or complex setup $65

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

home visits requiring more than one hour of travel will be charged $25 for each additional ½ hour of travel or portion thereof

HOSPITAL CALL:

one hour appointment $325

Policies

CANCELLATION (thank you for honoring the value of my time):

Office Visit
24 hours
Any session made with 24 hours of the appointment time is subject to the 24 hour cancellation policy
In-home calls
Minimum of 24 hours if only one hour/session is scheduled on that visit
Minimum of 48 hours if more than one hour/session is scheduled on the same visit
48 hours for extra travel distance appointments

CONFIDENTIALITY:

client confidentiality is maintained;

any disclosures must be authorized by the client
